Warranty and Returns

We take the utmost care in the manufacture of the iDuctor. If, despite this care, the tool fails we will make every effort to ensure the problem is fixed as soon as possible. If the iDuctor is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will send you a new iDuctor within 5 days of the date your dealer or iDtools receives your defective tool. To request a replacement under the warranty, you will need to complete and submit the return material authorisation form provided.
